Spring is in the air and that means time to put away the sweaters and take out the dresses. This spring I am seeing common trends that I will be sharing below
Trend 1: The maiden dress
You know that dress that looks like a peasant or milk woman would be wearing it. Big billowy sleeves, often lower cut around the bust, and flowy. The whole peasant theme is running through all the stores right now like crazy.
Trend 2: lounge wear
I think with Covid and lockdown we are seeing so much more lounge wear and lounge wear sets being sold this season. Often the pants and shirts match, usually oversized, and made with soft materials
Trend 3: Tie dye
Tie dye continues to be a HUGE trend. From neutrals to brights this fad that hit last year seems here to stay this season.
Trend 4: Animal print
Yes animal prints continue but it has switched to more of a Dalmatian, cow print, or a neutral camel colored zebra print.
Trend 5: Crop Tops
Now I am in my 40s so this trend is a little harder to do as it is very popular for those in their teens and 20s. However us slightly older gals can for sure rock them if done correctly. I suggest less midriff and more about cut or style.
